Raise the Barre
Get ready to turn up the heat and sweat it out with this boot camp-style barre class!
We’ve got the music pumping for this full-body circuit. Raise the barre brings a hyped-up energy that will make you feel empowered and motivated.
With weights, bands, balls, and more, you’ll challenge every muscle in your body and leave feeling accomplished. Whether you prefer high-intensity or low-impact, we’ve got you covered with modifications to suit your needs.
You’ll work up a sweat both in “center floor” and at the barre, targeting your arms, legs, glutes, core, and cardio. Trust us, this class is going to be hard, but it’s also going to be a blast! Get ready to push yourself to the limit and leave feeling energized and proud.
HIIT BOOT CAMP
Get ready to feel the burn and transform your body with this high-energy HIIT boot camp class!
We’ve got a heart-pumping workout in store, complete with an exciting mix of Tabata sets, every minute-on-the-minute (EMOM) exercises, and as many reps as possible (AMRAP) challenges that keep you moving and motivated.
You’ll torch calories, sculpt lean muscle, and leave feeling empowered and accomplished. So grab your water bottle, lace up your sneakers, and let’s hit the ground running. This full-body burner is going to be a sweat-fest and an absolute blast!
Get ready to unleash your inner strength and flexibility with this invigorating yoga flow! We’ll focus on building strength, improving balance, and stretching your limits as you flow through a dynamic range of poses, from soft to optionally challenging.
This is your time to connect with your body, build confidence, and leave feeling empowered and refreshed. So, grab your mat and get ready to unleash your full potential. This practice will be a journey of self-discovery and a lot of fun!
Rise n Shine Yoga
In this 60min all-levels Vinyasa class, students can expect a flowing and juicy yoga practice. You will be guided through postures that are linked with your breath, creating a movement meditation.
Postures are sequenced in a way to build strength, endurance and flexibility, creating an open and blissful feeling following practice.
You can expect some form of sun salutations to warm up the body, a series of standing postures, and ending with cool down postures to fully integrate the practice.
Stretch, Roll, and Restore
Unwind and recharge with this rejuvenating hybrid class! Say goodbye to the stress and tension of your daily life and hello to a blissful blend of gentle slow flow, restorative yoga, and therapy ball rolling.
